Anxiety and depression cannot always be vanished with change of thought processes. But KNOWING why you are feeling the way you’re feeling certainly helps. Being diagnosed and told that the sadness or anxiety isn’t due to any external influences. Just knowing it’s okay to feel that way for no real reason is helpful; but not always the answer. After years on and off anti-depressants I know I need to be on something. I do wish I had the chance to try a more natural way, but I won’t try it now, when I feel good because I fear if I go off the meds and the more natural supplements don’t work, my kids may feel it as much as I would. Keep writing and informing, though. It is certainly good to know about alternatives.
